Terms and Conditions for ChangeWithPerkins.com

Payment and Agreement

Payment validates understanding and agreement to these terms. By making a payment, you agree to the proprietary agreement between yourself and ChangeWithPerkins.com. All materials and products created by ChangeWithPerkins.com are for your personal use and may not be shared on social media or with third parties without explicit permission. Invoices are valid for 7 days.

Completion of Services

ChangeWithPerkins.com will provide the services agreed upon within 16 weeks, contingent upon receiving the completed Coaching Agreement within 14 days of payment. Delays in submitting the Client Intake Form may extend the completion time by 2-6 weeks. Failure to submit the form within 14 days may result in rescheduling services at ChangeWithPerkins.com’s discretion without a refund.

Refund and Guarantee Policy

Refund requests must be made in writing within the first 10 days of payment. In the unlikely event a refund is necessary, please note there will be a 3% non-refundable transaction fee deducted.

Limitation of Liabilities

ChangeWithPerkins.com is not liable for incidental, indirect, exemplary, special, or consequential damages related to the services provided. The total liability for any claim related to the service or agreement will not exceed the purchase price or the total amount paid, whichever is less.
